I needed to find a job but had some real obstacles to overcome. Writing anything for me was a truly painful exercise, and the frustration was debilitating!
Welcome to my blog! I want to share what I've been up to lately. The image above, which is the wraparound cover for Scrappy Jack a book I wrote and illustrated. It's a biography of my dad, who had plenty of stories to tell and he lived to be 100 years old. The original version called "So, That's That!"was given to him on his 100th birthday many years ago. That's me and my brother, dad, and two sisters in the junkyard where I grew up. The best playground any kid could ask for!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the link other than stuff about auroras. it would help if I could pay tight attention to things as I might have made the “graphic” connection before I clicked in. No matter, as soon as I saw your page illo in the upper right I clued in. Whoo-hoo, cartoons and I liked your drawing style right away!
Ha-ha - I’m hooked. Now I’m going to have to jones for 10 pages a week. Great stuff.
